A four-year-old girl has been rushed to hospital in a serious condition after being hit by a car in Sydney's west.
The child was hit about 4.40pm in the driveway of a house on Hemsworth Avenue, Middleton Grange, in Liverpool.
Police said a two-year old was in the car unattended at the time but it wasn't being driven by anyone.

The injured is being treated at Westmead Children's Hospital.
Police are investigating.
A two-year-old girl was also hit by an unattended car in a similar but unconnected incident a little more than an hour earlier in Blacktown.
