Toddler rushed to hospital after falling unconscious at Sydney childcare centre

A toddler has been rushed to hospital after falling unconscious at his childcare centre in Sydney.

The two-year-old boy had a nose bleed and then passed out, according to CareFlight.

NSW Ambulance provided initial assessment to the toddler, who remained unconscious.

CareFlight’s helicopter then landed on a reserve near the centre,at Sydney Olympic Park, at 11.20am.

By that time, the boy had regained consciousness. He was assessed by a doctor and paramedic.

He was taken by road ambulance to the Children’s Hospital at Westmead in a stable condition. 

NSW police also attended the scene.
