Sydney man charged after jewellery, drugs and stolen guns seized
A man has been charged after police discovered stolen firearms and almost $200,000 worth of jewellery at a home in Sydney’s southwest.
Detectives attached to Strike Force Raptor executed a search warrant at the Bankstown property in November last year.
More than $197,000 worth of jewellery, a loaded Beretta 9-millimetre pistol, an allegedly stolen firearm, ammunition and prohibited drugs were all found at the Carnation Avenue address.

Following further enquiries, a 19-year-old man was arrested outside a Bankstown property on Saturday afternoon.
He was charged with possession of unauthorised firearms, ammunition, prohibited drugs and goods suspected of being stolen.
The man was refused bail and appeared before Parramatta Bail Court yesterday.
The magistrate granted him conditional bail and his next court appearance will be on Wednesday.
