Freya Noble
Police have found a pregnant mother and her three children missing from Sydney's south-west since the weekend.
The family was found interstate on Thursday afternoon after last being seen in Campbelltown on Sunday afternoon.
Family and police were concerned for their welfare as the children live with conditions that require medication, which they did not have with them.
