Sydney man disappeared after CBD car accident found safe and well

A man who vanished after a car accident in the middle of Sydney’s CBD in peak hour yesterday morning has been found safe and well.

Mark Rust, 31, was in a motor vehicle collision about 8am on Kent Street.

Mr Rust then fled the scene and was not been seen or heard from until he was found at about 7.15am this morning at a home in Peakhurst in Sydney’s south.

Police thanked the public and media for their assistance.
