'Last time I felt so excited was our wedding day': Couple married for 60 years reunited after lockdown
Coralie and Phillip Mahoney have been married for 60 years, and during that time they have never been separated for long.
But during lockdown Coralie was unable to visit Phillip at his nursing home in The Ponds in Sydney's west.
"We've never been apart for long … we've always been a team," she said today when they were reunited.

Corralie said they have barely been separated during their 60 year marriage and the last time she was so excited was on their wedding day. 9News
"We travelled around together, it's been everything to me.
"I think the last time I felt so excited was our wedding day."
The couple spent the day playing cards and holding hands.
"I can put up with missing out on playing cards," Phillip said, "but actually seeing her and holding her hands, that's the big thing."
Meanwhile there have been more celebrations as restrictions eased today, including Jack Woodgate celebrating his 11th birthday — turning 11 on October 11, the state's freedom day.
His friends all came over for a very special birthday party that also marks the end of lockdown.
Family friend Mariam is also turning 50, so it's a big night of celebrations in Cambridge Gardens, near Penrith.
