Sydney bridge crash leaves at least three injured

Paramedics are responding to a reported multiple-vehicle crash on Sydney’s Anzac Bridge

Five NSW Ambulance units have been deployed to the incident, which involves up to eight cars and a truck on the western side of the bridge.

The incident occurred just before 1pm.

Paramedics are assessing at least three patients for minor injuries. One patient is expected to be taken to hospital for further treatment.
