Wasps force shut-down of Melbourne train station

A swarm of wasps has forced the closure of a Melbourne train station following the morning peak hour rush.
Trains skipped Parkdale station on the Frankston line for about an hour today while the wasps were present, Metro Trains said in a statement.
It rounded out a bad morning for Melbourne commuters, with parts of the Craigieburn line closed due to a track fault and several trains cancelled elsewhere on the network.
