An unlucky South Australian driver has lost their vehicle to the sea after it became bogged in sand.
The red four-wheel-drive became stuck at Semaphore Beach in Adelaide on Friday afternoon.
The high tide dragged the vehicle out into the ocean, with people filming waves surging across the roof as they stood on a nearby jetty.

An excavator was called in to drag the vehicle back to safety yesterday afternoon.
