Adelaide man arrested, has car impounded for 28 days after police helicopter films street burnout
South Australian Police have arrested a man after he was filmed doing burnouts in his Holden sedan by a police helicopter.
Shortly after 12.30am last night, police patrols were called to Pellew Road in Penfield, Adelaide following reports that a large number of vehicles were doing burnouts.

PolAir was deployed and captured on film a Holden sedan performing a "sustained" burnout before peeling off.
The vehicle was quickly apprehended by officers in patrol cars and the driver, a 21-year-old from Broadview, was arrested.
He was charged with driving unregistered and uninsured, driving while disqualified, misusing a motor vehicle and dangerous driving.

His car was defected for bald tyres and missing panels and has been impounded for 28 days.
The 21-year-old is due to face the Elizabeth Magistrates Court on November 3.
