Sir David Attenborough narrates Adele's Hello

His voice is best known for narrating amazing images of rarely seen wildlife, but now it appears Sir David Attenborough is moving into pop music.

The legendary British broadcaster has lent his voice to the video for Adele's new single, Hello as part of a BBC Radio spoof.

Always the gentleman, the 89-year-old asked if “Adele would be cross at me”, before narrating the opening scenes of the worldwide hit.

“She hasn't upgraded her handset since 1999, hash tag flipphone,” Attenborough says, after spying the singer using an out of date phone in the music clip.

In the end, Attenborough just wanted to say a friendly Hello, and welcome Adele back to showbiz.
