Car pulled from estuary after it sank off a boat ramp with driver inside
A car has been pulled from the water after it sank off a boat ramp on the NSW Central Coast with the driver inside.
The vehicle entered the Brisbane Water near Lions Park boat ramp in Woy Woy after midday today.
Witnesses said the car entered the water at speed before sinking to the bottom of the estuary, with some bystanders jumping in to help as it slowly sank.

"One of the people who jumped in to help as soon as they jumped up on the bonnet the car just went under real quick, nobody could really do anything but watch," Kim Purdon told 9News.
A desperate rescue mission turned to a grim recovery operation.
The man failed to resurface and police divers from Sydney were called in to retrieve the man's body.
He is yet to be formally identified.
