Offender on the run after shots fired into Gold Coast home

Police are investigating after shots were fired into a home in Coomera. (9NEWS) 9NEWS
Three shots have been fired into a Gold Coast home where there were six people.
Police say the incident occurred on Yaun Street at Coomera about 8.15pm (AEST) last night, causing damage to the front windows and lounge room.

None of the six occupants were injured and the suspected offender fled on foot, police say.
He's been described as being in his late teens or early 20s, with long, straggly hair.
Investigations are continuing.
