Turnbull, Shorten head to Tasmania

Malcolm Turnbull and Bill Shorten will head to Tasmania on Thursday to inspect flood damage.
The opposition leader invited the prime minister to join him.
But Mr Turnbull has separately announced he would travel to Devonport.
