Shop worker assaulted allegedly at random in Adelaide's Rundle Mall
A man has been charged with assault after a shop worker was attacked while on his lunch break in Rundle Mall.
The 23-year-old allegedly punched the other man in the side of his head outside the Rebel Sport store.
Other workers and shoppers who witnessed the commotion rushed to the man's aid.

"We looked after him, cleaned him up, washed his hands and then applied first aid, applied a bandage to his head," witness Henry Davis said.
"The mall security were very quick to attend and the local traders immediately came out and assisted."
The victim was taken to hospital by paramedics.
Police arrested a 23-year-old man and charged him with assault.
He was taken to the watch house, where he remained in custody tonight.
