Search and rescue for bushwalker in dense bushland near Mount Glorious

A bushwalker has been rescued from dense bushland near Mount Glorious, north of Brisbane.

Emergency services were called around 10am but it took paramedics a number of hours to reach the man

The man was then winched into a rescue helicopter and taken to hospital in a stable condition.

It took some time and several attempts for the man to be winched into the chopper due to dense bushland in the area.

Mount Glorious is located in the D'Aguilar Range in South East Queensland's Moreton Bay region.
