‘Screaming’ woman ‘dragged into ute’ during possible abduction in Sydney

Police are investigating reports a woman was dragged into a ute in Sydney’s west overnight.

A witness told police they saw the woman screaming for help and honking a car horn on Keesing Crescent in Plumpton about 2am.

She was then dragged by a man into a white Holden Rodeo dual-cab ute stopped at the intersection of Jersey Road and Keesing Crescent, police said.

The vehicle was last seen driving east along the road, before turning north onto Carlisle Crescent.

There have not yet been reports of anyone missing in the area.
