Sailor charged with child sex offences

A sailor has been arrested and charged with child sex offences.
A defence "hot issue brief" says the unnamed navy member was arrested by NSW Police on July 9 and charged with using a telecommunications service to groom persons aged under 16 for sexual activity and transmitting indecent information to a person under 16.
He's been released on bail.
