Teen, 15, on SA murder charge granted bail

A 15-year-old boy has been granted bail after appearing in Adelaide Youth Court charged with the murder of a man during a brawl in Mt Gambier.

The teenager is accused of killing 32-year-old Rex Court earlier this month during a fight between two groups on Mt Gambier's main street.

He was ordered to appear in court again on June 30 with magistrate Cathy Deland imposing strict bail conditions, including electronic monitoring and that he have no contact with a number of potential witnesses.

Ms Deland told the teenager that should he breach any of his conditions, he would not be granted bail again.
