Young boy drowns on SA's Yorke Peninsula

A boy has drowned at South Australia's Yorke Peninsula.

The boy was pulled from the water at Port Hughes on Friday afternoon, where police and ambulance crews attempted to revive him.

However they say their efforts were unsuccessful and he died.
