Woman's body found in Adelaide's north

A woman's body has been found in Adelaide's north, with police treating the death as suspicious.

Just before 5.30pm on Wednesday a member of the public contacted police after discovering the body near a street corner in Smithfield Plains.

Police say the death is being treated as suspicious and a post mortem examination will be carried out on Thursday.
