Woman hit by train in Adelaide

A woman has been hit by a passenger train in Adelaide as she attempted to cross the tracks on a pedestrian crossing.
The 20-year-old woman was taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital after the accident at Islington Railway Station on Tuesday night .
She sustained a head injury and several broken bones but her condition is not considered life-threatening.
