Woman dies in Adelaide Hills crash

A woman has died in a two-car crash at Mount George in the Adelaide Hills.

Police say the crash was reported at around 7.45pm on Carey Gully Road near the South Eastern Freeway exit ramp to Bridgewater.

The driver of one car, a 23-year-old woman from Bridgewater, sustained serious injuries and died at the scene.

The driver of the other car was not injured.
