Woman, cat rescued from SA house fire

A woman and her pet cat have been rescued by firefighters from her burning house at Murray Bridge, east of Adelaide.

Crews responded to the blaze on Monday morning and confined it to the kitchen of the Corella Place home.

Ambulance crews treated the woman at the scene with the cause of the fire being investigated.
