WA man charged over fatal crash

A 45-year-old man has been charged over a fatal road crash at Mundaring, east of Perth.

Police allege the man was driving a Toyata HiLux on November 4 when he turned into the path of an oncoming motorcyclist.

The 55-year-old rider suffered critical injuries and died in hospital.

The driver of the HiLux has been charged with dangerous driving occasioning death and will appear in Midland Magistrates Court on December 7.
