Vic driver charged over fatal SA crash

A Victorian woman has been charged over a fatal crash southeast of Adelaide.
The 30-year-old was driving when the collision happened at Murray Bridge in June, leading to the death of a 61-year-old woman.
The accused, who's charged with committing acts to endanger life, will appear in Adelaide Magistrates Court on September 18.
