Man arrested over Adelaide CBD stabbings as victim fights for life

A man has been arrested over a stabbing attack on two 21-year-old men in Adelaide's CBD, leaving one fighting for life.

One of the victims was stabbed to the neck and abdomen in Rundle Mall and is in a critical condition in Royal Adelaide Hospital, while the other was stabbed to the arms and face.

A 35-year-old Klemzig man was arrested today after police found a folding knife near the scene of the attack.

Witnesses told police the men, both 21, were walking towards Pulteney Street when an unknown man attacked them with a knife.
