Embattled coal mogul Nathan Tinkler could be arrested after he failed to appear in an Adelaide court.
Tinkler was due to be examined in the South Australian Supreme Court on Monday about his liquidated thoroughbred stud business, Patinack Farm.
When he failed to appear, Judge Stephen Roder ordered an arrest warrant be issued for the businessman.
