Teens charged over Adelaide bus assault

Four teenagers have been arrested over the bashing of two people on an Adelaide bus.

Police say the group assaulted the passengers at Plympton, in the city's south, about 5pm on Sunday and ran off.

An 18-year-old from Windsor Gardens, two 17-year-olds from suburban Adelaide and another 17-year-old from country South Australia were arrested nearby.

All have been charged with aggravated assault causing harm, aggravated assault and theft.

A man and teenage girl were taken to hospital with minor injuries.

All four accused are likely to appear in court on Monday.
