Three generations of one South Australian family involved in horror double fatal crash
Three generations of a South Australian family have been involved in an horrific car crash, with a grandmother and father losing their lives.
Whyalla mother and son Debbie Tee and Duane Tee, 40, died at the scene of the crash in Baroota, 250km north of Adelaide.
Mr Tee's sons, 14 and 11, survived and were airlifted to hospital.

The eldest boy is in a serious but stable condition and the younger is stable, police said.
Emergency services were called to the Augusta Highway about 3.40pm yesterday after the silver Holden ute crashed into a tree.
Superintendent Bob Gray said the family was heading to Port Pirie to pick up a birthday present when the accident happened.

"You've got an 11-year-old and a 14-year-old that now have the prospect of going through their life without their father and without their grandmother, and that's very sad," Superintendent Gray said.
Flowers have been left at the scene and tributes written online.
Former colleagues of Mr Tee said they were "shocked" at his death and described him as a family-oriented man.

SA Police are investigating the crash.
It brings the state's road toll to 60 for 2021, with five more people losing their lives than at this time last year.
