Cab company investigating driver accused of 'sickening' attack on media personality Ali Clarke
South Australian radio personality Ali Clarke had been out to celebrate International Women's Day at SkyCity in Adelaide on Thursday when the night took an unexpected turn.
Instead of ending on a happy note, the celebration ended with a distraught video posted on social media.
"What has just happened has been horrible," she told her more than 5000 Instagram followers.

The mother-of-three, who hosts a self-titled Mix102.3 FM breakfast show, sobbed as she described the vile comments allegedly made to her by a taxi driver who she claimed refused to take her home from a night on North Terrace because the journey was too short.
The 48-year-old said the disturbing comments kept coming even once she was out of the taxi.
"I've never felt more vulnerable [as] in that instance, in my life," Clarke told 9News.

"That was targeted, sexual, you know, horrific words and that, to me, showed a person who has really little respect for women."
Clarke isn't pointing the finger at all taxi drivers but says she's been overwhelmed by how many women have reached out to share similar experience.
"This is about all of us demanding better from the people around us," Clarke said.
In a statement, 13cabs said the drivers actions will be reviewed and have since reached out to Clarke to assure her a thorough investigation is underway. 9News

"Most drivers are fairly professional and they take a pride in what they do but there is a minority who have no interest in the industry and they should be weeded out," John Trainer from Taxi Council SA told 9News.
