South Australia Murray bushfire contained
AAP
One pump shed has been destroyed and 50 hectares of scrub burnt but authorities say a bushfire burning along the Murray River, east of Adelaide, has now been contained.
The Country Fire Service says the threat from the Walker Flat blaze has reduced with only a fire advice message in place on Friday.
However, it says the fire continues to smoulder in reeds on an island and smoke will be visible throughout the day.

Fire crews will remain on the scene monitoring and mopping up with the blaze likely to be active for several days.
All road restrictions in the area have been lifted.
