Skimming device found on Adelaide ATM

Police are warning Adelaide residents to be vigilant after a skimming device was found on an ATM in the city.

The device was discovered attached to the ATM in Blackwood on Thursday afternoon and had been in place for an hour before it was removed, detectives said on Friday.

Police are reminding people to check the card slot before using an ATM and if it is loose fitting, contact the bank immediately.
