Shots fired at SA man from passing car

Shots have been fired at a man standing in the front yard of his Mt Gambier home, southeast of Adelaide.

Police say the man was standing in the yard of his Olinda Court property on Monday morning when a car drove past with the passenger producing a handgun and firing a number of shots.

The intended victim was unhurt and police don't consider the incident a random attack.

They say a car in the driveway of the home was also hit by a gunshot early on Sunday.
