Severe weather continues over SA

A severe weather warning is still in place for parts of South Australia with damaging winds and rain causing minor flooding.

The State Emergency Service reports roads in the Adelaide Hills and the city's eastern suburbs have been closed due to flooding.

While minor snow has fallen at Mount Lofty and the SES has responded to nearly 50 incidents.

The Bureau of Meteorology says wind gusts of up to 90 km/h are possible across Adelaide, the Eyre and Yorke peninsulas and on Kangaroo Island as a low-pressure system continues to move southeastwards across the state.

Conditions are expected to moderate by Wednesday.
