Search for man missing from SA hospital

Police are searching for a man missing from a South Australian hospital.

Peter Wait was last seen at Whyalla Hospital on Wood Terrace about 6pm on Friday.

The 29-year-old is described as Caucasian, 177cm tall, weighing about 55kg, of slim to medium build and with blue eyes and short blond-brown hair.

He was wearing a grey hooded top.

Mr Wait has scars on both arms and the word LIFE tattooed on his left elbow.

Police are concerned for his welfare as he suffers from a medical condition.

They've released an image in the hope someone might see him.
