SA woman to face trial for partner's death

An Adelaide woman has been ordered to stand trial over the fatal stabbing of her partner.

Krystal Graham appeared in Adelaide Magistrates Court on Thursday where she pleaded not guilty to the murder of Kain Bowman in July last year.

Graham was ordered to appear in the Supreme Court for arraignment in January.

Before his death, Mr Bowman had not long been released from prison after serving a sentence over the hit-and-run death of a father-of-two who was run down in front of his children.

Mr Bowman admitted causing the death of Kieran Hayward and to leaving the scene of the crash in 2015 and was jailed for three and a half years.

He died in hospital several days after being stabbed, at which point Graham was charged with his murder.
