SA woman critical after being hit by car

An elderly woman is in a critical condition after she was struck by a car along Adelaide's coast.
Police say a car hit the woman at the intersection of Bath and Hastings streets in Glenelg South at 4pm.
The injured woman was rushed to the Flinders Medical Centre with head injuries where she remains in a critical condition.
