SA teen's murder case reopened

Fresh clues have emerged about the murder of a 16-year-old South Australian girl in a case that dates back to 1998.

Police say they are now able to trace Heather Turner's movements in the days leading up to her body being found in a creek at Port Gawler, and have interviewed a suspect, but have insufficient evidence to proceed.

A $1 million reward has been announced for information leading to the apprehension and conviction of the person responsible.
