SA shopping centre jewel thief caught

A jewel thief who cut a hole in a shopping centre's roof in northern Adelaide has been arrested.
Police allege the 20-year-old man climbed onto the roof of the Parabanks Shopping Centre at Salisbury on Saturday, cut his way in, then made off with a significant amount of jewellery.
He has been charged with theft and trespassing offences and is expected to appear in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court on Friday.
