SA schoolies generally well behaved

Twenty-six people were arrested at the Victor Harbor Schoolies Festival in South Australia.

Police say they were generally happy with the behaviour of the estimated 6000 people at the three-day festival, about 80km south of Adelaide.

Seven of the 26 people arrested were charged with trafficking drugs, including a 39-year-old woman allegedly found in possession of amphetamines and cannabis.

On Saturday night two 17-year-old boys were allegedly caught with 100 ecstasy tablets.

And police are still investigating an alleged sexual assault of a schoolie at a Victor Harbor caravan park.

Over the three days, they issued 127 infringement notices for breaching dry zone regulations.
