SA pair allegedy bashed man with pole

A man and a woman have been accused of bashing another man with a pole in Adelaide.

The victim was beaten on the head and upper body after being lured to a location in Theberton, in the inner west, by a group of people he knew on Friday, police say.

A 25-year-old man and 22-year-old woman appeared in the Adelaide Magistrates Court this week charged with aggravated assault causing serious harm and unlawful detention.

Police are looking for two more people thought to be involved.
