SA man charged with assault and theft

A 40-year-old man will front an Adelaide court after being charged with assault and robbery.
The man threatened another man and stole his backpack in the city's inner-west early on Thursday morning before entering a nearby home and becoming involved in a fight, police say.
He will appear in the Port Adelaide Magistrates Court on September 10.
