SA man assaulted while delivering papers

A man has been attacked and left with serious head injuries while delivering newspapers in Adelaide.
The victim was found lying on the side of a road by a passer-by after he was assaulted in Salisbury, in Adelaide's north, early on Monday morning, police say.
He was taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital.
