SA man allegedly robs servo, assaults cops

A man has been accused of robbing an Adelaide service station at knifepoint before assaulting police.
The 22-year-old from Salisbury East allegedly threatened staff with a knife and demanded cigarettes and cash in a service station in Hectorville late on Tuesday night.
He fled but was arrested nearby, where he assaulted police.

The suspected has been refused bail and charged with aggravated robbery, the aggravated assault of police, and using a false name and address.
