SA convenience store worker traps robber

A convenience store worker has fought back after three teenage boys, one allegedly armed with a metal pole, robbed a store in Adelaide.

The teenagers, aged 14, 16 and 17, stole cash from the store in Adelaide's CBD early on Friday morning.

But a staff member trapped and restrained the youngest of them until police arrived.

The 14-year-old has been reported for theft, while the 16-year-old and 17-year-old were refused bail to appear in Adelaide Youth Court on Friday charged with aggravated robbery.
