SA Conservatives name election line-up

A nursing home boss in regional South Australia is the Australian Conservatives pick for second spot on the party's upper house ticket at next year's state election.

Nicolle Jachmann, an accountant who was raised on a fruit property in the SA Riverland, will take second spot behind serving MP Robert Brokenshire.

"If elected I will be fighting alongside my Australian Conservative's colleagues for a better deal for rural and regional areas," Ms Jachmann said in a statement on Tuesday.
