Port Augusta woman charged over alleged stabbing murder
A woman is in custody, accused of murdering a man who was found with stab wounds at a home in Port Augusta.
Major crime detectives and forensic examiners from Adelaide have gone to the home on Mealy Street where the man was allegedly murdered.
Police were called to the scene around 11:30pm last night and found the 35-year-old victim with serious stab wounds.

Paramedics began treating the man before he was rushed to the Port Augusta Hospital - where he died shortly after.
A 34-year-old woman who was at the house at the time was arrested and has been charged with murder.
Police said she is known to the victim and the attack isn't random.
The accused is expected to appear in the Port Augusta Magistrates Court later today.
The street remains blocked off to traffic while the investigation continues.
