Police look for kayakers at SA boat crash

Three kayakers who were paddling near a fatal boat crash south of Adelaide may be able to shed light on what happened.

Police say they are looking for the kayakers after earlier speaking to two people who were feeding fish in the vicinity of the crash on the Finniss River on Sunday.

A 37-year-old Sellicks Hill man piloting an inflatable dinghy and a 40-year-old Murray Bridge who was a passenger in an aluminium dinghy died when the two boats collided.

A 42-year-old woman and a 36-year-old man were also injured and taken to the Flinders Medical Centre.

Both have since been discharged.
