Pilot survives SA light plane crash

A pilot has survived a light plane crash in Gawler in regional South Australia.
The single seat recreational plane crashed just after take-off from the Gawler Aerodrome, north of Adelaide, on Monday afternoon.
Police say the pilot was the sole occupant and was being treated for minor injuries.

Police are liaising with investigators from Recreational Aviation Australia about the inquiry into the cause of the crash.
